Expression of Interest

Collect expressions of interest from players who are available and would like to be considered for a session or event, without confirming a playing place.

• Players select 'I am interested' and appear under 'Interested & Available'. This records interest and availability; it is not a confirmed booking into a playing session.
• The usual club membership requirements and session restrictions apply. Organisers can set when expressions of interest open and close; authorised session administrators can override the booking window and session restrictions.
• If a participant limit is set, further expressions of interest go onto a waitlist once that limit is reached. The limit applies to the interest list, rather than guaranteeing playing places.
• Players can withdraw using 'Withdraw my Expression of Interest'.
• EOIs use the normal fee and payment rules if a fee is configured. Set the fee to zero when collecting interest should be free. Any withdrawal credit follows the session's cancellation policy.
• EOI does not generate a playing draw or offer the normal player check-in controls. Organisers arrange the actual playing session separately; expressing interest does not automatically book a player into it.
